Description: Servers are responsible for creating a positive member experience by assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient, and pleasant manner. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all outlets of the Food and Beverage Operation as needed, including a la carte, beach club, banquets, and beverage cart. Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals who possess a strong work ethic and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.

All Servers are responsible for the following job duties:

Greet all guests and members warmly with an appropriate greeting.
Prepares tables, lays out napkins and utensils, makes sure condiments are filled, performing all other preparation tasks.
Keeping updated on the current menu, beverage, and member event offerings.
Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, up-selling, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling beverages.
Properly open and pour wine tableside.
Keep tables, dining rooms, and bus stations clean and organized.
Set up, break down, and service special events.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently
Understand and communicate products and services available at the club.
Ability to lift 40 lbs or more alone or with a team member.
